Please by respectful towards staff members. Try to arrive with clean hair or little to no product in. Please arrive on time or let us know if you are running a few mins late.
Cancellation Policy
We are fair with cancellations and realise sometimes things can't be helped. However as a business we can no longer take the financial hit for empty appt gaps.
Please see cancellation times and costs below:
* Cancel in advance (up to 12 hours before appt) - no charge
* Cancel within 12 hours up until the appt time - £10
* Missed appointments - charged full amount of selected service/services
* More than 15 minutes late for appt- £10 charge
